Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer,

CHEF ART will never ask for your bank or credit card details, or request that you visit a bank or operate an ATM by SMS or phone for any reason. If you receive any suspicious call or text, please do not follow the instructions—contact us or call the 165 Anti-Fraud hotline to verify.

⚠️ Be cautious with calls starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", as scammers may disguise phone numbers and impersonate businesses, banks, or authorities. Never click links in suspicious messages, LINE friend requests, or texts.

Common scams include "duplicate orders" and "mistaken installment plans," both aiming to trick you into using online banking or ATMs. Always verify directly with your bank and refuse any request for personal data or account operations from callers.

For your security, regularly change your password (use a mix of upper/lower-case letters and numbers), and avoid entering personal details on public computers.

Wishing you a pleasant experience,
CHEF ART
