Delivery Methods:
Home Delivery: Black Cat (room temp/chilled/frozen), HCT Logistics (room temp only)
Convenience Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart (room temp)
Home delivery available in Taiwan main island only. Store pickup also serves select offshore islands.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Home Delivery: 1–3 business days (Taiwan main island, actual time subject to area and weather)
Store Pickup: 2–4 business days (Taiwan main + offshore convenience stores)
Order Processing:
Orders ship 1–3 business days after payment (not including order day or holidays)
Shipping hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 (no shipping on weekends/holidays)
Delays may occur during peak events, holidays, or severe weather.

With store pickup, collect your order within 7 days of notification—late pickup and return will incur additional charges.
