Return & Exchange Policy
Most products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, except perishable foods, customized items, opened personal products, newspapers, unsealed audio/video/software, and prepaid cards, as required by law.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days with your name, order number, phone, product, reason, and photos. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all parts and invoice. Returns are not accepted if the product is used, damaged, incomplete, or past the 7-day period.

Refunds:
Credit card payments are refunded to the original card.
Cash on delivery refunds are wired to your bank account.
Exchanges:
Contact us to confirm, then return the original and reorder your replacement. Only unused, complete items are eligible.
