   Delivery methods include Black Cat (standard/chilled/frozen), Black Cat express store-to-store (standard/chilled/frozen), HCT Logistics (standard), 7-Eleven store pickup (standard), and FamilyMart store pickup (standard).

   Should there be delivery delays due to natural disasters, traffic restrictions, or other force majeure, the company will provide separate notification.

5. Returns and Exchanges
