Can business customers test products before purchasing?

Yes. Business customers can apply for a trial sample evaluation and test the product in their own recipe and production process before placing an order.

Purchasing decisions usually depend on more than the ingredient itself: the product also has to fit your existing formulation, production conditions and internal review requirements. All documents needed for evaluation, including TDS, COA and Halal certification where applicable, are provided during the inquiry or trial sample evaluation stage to support your ingredient review, recipe testing and purchasing assessment.

How do I apply for a trial sample evaluation?

  1. Tell us your needs. Fill in the Business Inquiry form. In the field "Estimated monthly usage or requirements", list the items you want to test, the intended application, process conditions and estimated volume.
  2. Receive documents. We will contact you to confirm the trial arrangement and provide the TDS, COA and any other product documents you need.
  3. Evaluate. Test the sample in your own recipe and process, then decide on purchasing.
