Course Refund Policy
Refund Rules
For cancellations 30+ days before the course: 10% handling fee deducted.
21–30 days before: 20% fee.
11–20 days before: 30% fee.
10 days or less: No refund.
All days include weekends/holidays.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to the course organizer; transferring enrollment is not permitted.
Refund applications require a signed form, original receipt, and bank details.
If you received a multi-course discount, refunds are recalculated at standard rates.
Full Refunds (with documentation)
Direct family bereavement
Major illness/hospitalization/COVID (with certified medical proof)
Failing eligibility review or course cancellation
Natural disasters (officially declared)
If during the course, refunds are prorated for missed sessions.
Processing
Submit a signed application by email with bank info; NT$30 transfer fee applies unless using a post office account.
Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days.Other
Organizer may change or update this policy anytime. Additional rules will be stated per course if different.
