成分：葡萄糖、糖粉、澱粉、椰子油粉、依思妮奶粉、麥芽糊精、食鹽、香草籽粉、胡蘿蔔素、鹿角菜膠、二氧化矽、三仙膠
需加熱煮製，成品質地扎實、可承受烘烤，適合泡芙、塔類、丹麥與麵包夾餡等需要進爐或高溫操作的產品。
一包 3kg，台灣製造，提供 TDS 技術資料表與 COA 檢驗報告。企業客戶可於採購前提出試樣評估申請，1 到 2 個工作天內回覆。
